I am considering lithium usage, in consultation with my psychiatrist, for bipolar 2, cyclical chronic migraine, and nonspecific circadian rhythm dysfunction (these might well be related). Can you advise on dosage levels of lithium orotate? My research to date has suggested starting at 5mg elemental lithium and increasing 5mg per week up to 20mg, maybe 30 mg, until therapeutic benefit is reached. Sensible? Too much? Too fast a titration?
